We previously had 2 x VELUX windows installed as part of a kitchen extension. In part due to poorly fitted tiles, we experienced some rain water damage (mold and rot) to our window frames. AR Windows were happy to give advice about our problem and we agreed that full replacements was the best option. The guys turned up on time and worked hard and accurately to install the new windows and frames promptly and properly. They also trimmed back the tiles so that there was a better fit adjacent to the window units. Job done - many thanks and highly recommended from us. K&A in High Wycombe.

I initially spole to Tara who organised a quote for a replacement velux window. She then honoured the quote months later when we were ready to proceed.
